On October 20, 2019, RC Atlanta hosted their 8th annual Gala to support the Legionaries, Consecrated, and RC Movement in Atlanta and the Southeast. This year’s theme was “Into the Deep” and the event was held at the enchanting Georgia Aquarium.
Over 400 guests filled the ballroom, joyfully celebrating our spritiual family and supporting the mission of Regnum Christi. The evening started with a cocktail social and silent auction. The silent auction contained over 200 items with a focus on ‘experiences‘ with our local Legionaries and Consecrated Women. There was great competition in the bidding all night for these fantastic items.
A delicious dinner was prepared by WolfGang Puck catering and served as the center point for great conversations at the tables. After dinner, guests listened to a talk by the Gala Chair couple, Skotti and Tony Frese, and then were treated to a talk by Sarah and Pat Tramonte on the impact RC has had on their family life.
Our annual fund for the cause followed the speakers as guests showed tremendous generosity in raising financial assistance to support the work of the Legionaries and Consecrated in the Southeast. Closing the night was an exciting live auction led by auctioneer John Moore.
We are so thankful to everyone for their support, prayers, and generosity for this year’s Gala. It was a night to remember as we raised $332,102! This will support the Legionaries, Consecrated, and RC Movement in our joint mission in Atlanta and the Southeast. Please celebrate with us knowing you are making a difference!
