RC ATLANTA REFUND POLICY

This refund policy discloses the refund practices for this website and related events. This refund notice applies solely to event registration and donations/pledges collected by the RC Atlanta website. It will notify you of the following:

  • The refund process for most registrations to events via our website. (If not listed, please refer to the event site or email notifications.)
  • The process to update/cancel one-time or recurring donations or pledges.
Refunds/Cancellations – RC Atlanta Events

Due to the variety of events listed on our website for adults and youth, the refund/cancellation process can vary from event to event.  Please read all the details on each ‘event registration page‘ and/or ‘email confirmations/notifications’ for applicable information regarding possible refunds or the need to cancel a registration.  Upon successful registration for an event, you will receive an email notification with event details and any available information on refunds and/or cancellations.  At this time, the only permanent policy for refunds/cancellations is public for the following:

Men/Women Weekend Retreats:

Cancellations or changes to your current registration must be made by the Monday before the retreat for a full refund. After that Monday, any cancellations or changes will result in a forfeit of the full registration fee.

MONTHLY PAYMENT POLICY for retreats began in August of 2024. Users will be able to select enrollment via the registration page. in A partial payment of $50.00 is required at checkout. Future monthly payments will be processed with the same CC until the balance is paid in full. Questions or updates to the payment policy should be sent to Sara Hameed.

Young Adult Retreats:

Cancellations or changes to your current registration must be made by the Monday before the retreat for a full refund.  After that Monday, any cancellations or changes will result in a forfeit of the listed registration fee.

Virtual Retreats:

As we adapt to the changing environment, ‘virtual retreats’ are hosted on various dates.  Each of these retreats varies in nature and format.  Please check the registration page for information about any refunds and/or cancellations.

25 Hr. Marriage Getaway:

All cancellations will be subject to a $100.00 fee if they occur before the date listed on the registration page for the specific event date.  After that date, cancellations will be subject to a fee of $215.00 to cover the cost of the room.   Any remaining balance will be refunded to the CC used during online registration.

Living Marriage Abundantly Marriage Retreats:

All cancellations will be subject to a $100.00 fee if they occur before the Monday before the retreat. After that date, cancellations will be subject to a fee of $215.00 to cover the cost of the room.   Any remaining balance will be refunded back to the CC used during online registration.

Three to Get Married (3TGM):

$75.00 of the registration fee is non-refundable and is used to secure your registration.  Any remaining balance will be refunded to the CC used during online registration.

Please make any cancellations or changes to your TTGM retreat ten days before your scheduled retreat date by contacting us via the information on the registration page/registration email or at news@rcatlanta.org or (770)837-2798.

Youth Events (Boys & Girls) and Missions are Processed via Acceptiva Registration

At this time, we currently utilize Acceptiva, to process registrations for:

  • any ECYD girls or boys club or event
  • any local or Holy Week Missions
  • Please see these online forms for details and policies.

Please refer to each ‘event registration page  for details or information on the cancellation/refund policy for each event.  These details could also be included in the email confirmations/notifications.’ 

Update/Cancel Online Donations or Pledges

If you need to make an update to a one-time or recurring online donation/pledge or have questions about processing an online donation/pledge, please follow either of the methods below:

  • Submit an inquiry via our Contact Us Form on the website.
