Virtual Men’s Weekend Retreats
Due to the challenges of the ongoing pandemic in the world and new requirements for capacity limits at our upcoming retreats in 2021, the addition of these Virtual Retreats provides an opportunity for more men to attend their annual retreat.
While not as immersive as attending a retreat in-person, this livestream access will provide you with talks, meditations, reflections, and spiritual guidance that can assist you with having your own retreat in the comfort of your own home.
The Virtual Retreats will be offered for several of the 2-Day retreats which are sponsored by Our Lady of Bethesda Retreat Center and led by the Legionaries of Christ.
- Regnum Christi Spiritual Exercises retreats are the in-between time to put our lives in perspective. They are an opportunity to stop, reflect, go deep, and recommit our lives to Christ and the Regnum Christi movement. The 2-Day Lessons from the Workshop of St. Joseph retreats are intended to introduce those new to the Regnum Christi movement to the power of the Spiritual Exercises.
- RC 3- Day Renewal retreats are a means of perseverance for all Regnum Christi members. Also open to those not in RC, these retreats incorporate the spirituality of the Movement and strengthen members in their formation and vocation.
- The cost is a suggested $75.00 donation for the 2-Day Virtual Retreat date.
- Cost includes livestream access via Zoom to the retreat talks and retreat materials which will be delivered before the beginning of the retreat weekend.
- The weekend begins on Friday (2-Day) at 7:00 pm and concludes on Sunday at 10:00 am.
- This weekend experience will be in a virtual format: online Zoom. If you don’t have ZOOM installed on your computer, download the app and try to familiarize yourself with the controls.
- Cancellations must be made by the Monday before the event for a full refund. After that Monday, any cancellations will result in a forfeit of the registration fee.
- You will be given access links to the talks, conferences, meditations/reflections, and emailed any other pertinent retreat materials prior to the beginning of the event.

Here are some suggestions to be able to prepare appropriately for a fruitful virtual retreat:
- Create a ‘prayer corner’ in your home
- Make others in the home aware of your schedule
- Prepare meal so as not to distract from prayer time
- Download ZOOM for the appropriate device
- Keep the camera on during the retreat
- Eliminate any distractions on the computer

The last day to register for this virtual weekend experience is the Monday before the retreat begins.
When does the retreat start/end?
The retreat begins either on Friday (2-Day) at 7:00 pm and concludes on Sunday at 10:00 am.
